or 800-293-2634. Sorry, we are unable to make appointments on-line.

Fees
We strive to provide the highest quality of
care as efficiently and as economically as possible. The Gastroenterology
Clinic's staff is trained to assist you with any questions regarding costs
associated with your care.
For your convenience, our insurance staff will file your insurance. You need to bring all insurance information to your appointment. We will work with your insurance company in paying your claim; however, you are ultimately responsible for payment of your account. We accept Medicare and most commercial insurance plans. Please contact us with any specific questions about your policy.
If needed, we will work together
to develop a mutually agreeable financial arrangement.
